Each one of the three facades of the end sections of regular houses F2 / F8 is painted in different colour so the white dominates from the street side, the light wood harmonizes with the garden and the wall from the side of the house entrance is painted in black. This house is very conservative outside with its severe zinc roofs but is surprisingly bright and warm inside. You will be really fascinated by this compact and comfort house located in the foot of the Vitosha Mountain, inspiring security and guarding the tranquillity of its inhabitants. There are two options of the interior design foreseen for the houses of F2 / F8 type:
Option 1 The severe and massive fireplace located in the centre looks like as a support of the entire house. On the contrary, the staircase of the upper floors starts as a lightweight one and becomes denser just when aligns with the fireplace. The kitchen doubles the palette of the exterior with furniture painted in white and black varnish, while the parquet visually warms up the floor and a part of the walls of the daily zone by the light nuance of the wood.
The cheerful interior of Option 2 establishes an art area and sharply differs from the outside environment by its palettes of designs and by the impressive combination of colours and materials. The solid scope of the fireplace is a frivolously shielded into a light and tricky design. The kitchen is made of traditional wood, while the lighting bodies show the latest design trends. The art design of the upholstery of the soft furniture contrasts elegantly with their classic line. When entering the basement you will notice that nothing obstacles the look between the glassed areas of the living room and the dining room with a kitchen, i.e. into the entire area of the daily zone. The staircase next to the fireplace is the only visible separation into this light area with its light parapet made of glass and metal strings is strengthened from the floor to the ceiling. Angle glass case located through the entire field from the South (or East) allows the sunshine to enter the living room. A staircase, hidden very efficiently behind the fireplace, leads to the garage in the basement designed for two vehicles. Two bedrooms located at the first level (18 and 21 sq.m) have their own balconies and the largest one has a view to the yard and is favoured by a panoramic view to Kopitoto television tower and Sofia. In the privacy of the attic a bedroom with a large bathroom and individual terrace is located.
